           PERSONAL TRAINING

Weither its fat burning or muscle gain you're after, I offer a variety of programs tailored to your specific goals. After your first consult I will have a step by step plan outlining Trainings, nutrition and lifestyle, With this I will show you how i'm going to monitor your progress and get you to your desired results. Your Personal Training sessions come in 30min, 45min, 60min sessions but will be recommended by me on whats appropriate based on your initial consultation.

           BOOTCAMP & GROUP TRAINING

Enjoy an invigorating workout in the company of other like-minded individuals, guaranteed to put a smile on your face as well as sweat on your back. This 60minute workout is fit for all levels of fitness always starting with a warm up and ending with a cool down and stretch.

Join in the fun with our regular Bootcamps or get a few friends together and we will organise your own Semi-Private group Training.

Receive workout videos and programs straight to your computer at home, weekly challenges, food recipes as well as a fitness diary to keep you on track. Great for people who hate the gym but still want the support of a personal trainer.
